Our Booking Policy

We value the time of all our patients, and we expect them to respect the time of our medical professionals. By hiring Perfect B to perform any medical aesthetics work, you agree with our booking policy. In the event of a desired change or emergency, we kindly request that patients notify us at least 24 hours before their scheduled visit when making any changes to their appointment. Changes include anything that alters the time, date, or composition of a visit to the clinic. For example, the booking policy will still apply if a patient was scheduled to receive three procedures, and one is canceled.

No Show /Cancelation Fee

If a patient fails to show up or makes a change within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, a fee of $50 will be automatically billed by Perfect B’s booking system. Our staff members have no control over the booking policy fees. Patients can easily contact us by calling, emailing, or sending a message on WhatsApp. Please note that social media channels are not a reliable means of communication. If a patient needs to change their appointment, as long as they inform us with at least 24 hours’ notice, there will be no penalty.
